In stock now: Grevillea

We grow dozens of Grevillea down on our Rainbow Valley Farms. These durable, yet delicate Proteaceous shrubs are incredibly useful in the landscape. We love using their lacy, swaying foliage to soften a structure or screen a view. There are even low-growing groundcover forms that are great for filling in large areas.

In addition to their textural evergreen foliage, Grevillea bloom nearly year round in Coastal California. Their unique flowers come in many forms and colors, and all are a valuable food source for hummingbirds. We regularly have hummingbirds nest in our nurseries to enjoy this reliable food source.

Coastal Californians know some of our best weather comes in autumn. This is a great time to plant Grevillea to get them settled in just in time to take advantage of winter rains.
